- 70g porridge oats
- 400g Glenisk 0% Fat Natural Irish Strained Protein Yogurt
- 20g blueberries
- 20g strawberries
- 20g raspberries
- Optional: Honey, Chia Seeds, Chopped Nuts, etc
- Layer the porridge, yogurt & fruit in a jar/bowl.
- Cover and put in the fridge overnight so that the porridge absorbs all of the yogurt
- In the morning, stir all the layers together and top with fresh fruit and anything else you might like to add!
