Glenisk Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 70g porridge oats
  • 400g Glenisk 0% Fat Natural Irish Strained Protein Yogurt
  • 20g blueberries
  • 20g strawberries
  • 20g raspberries
  • Optional: Honey, Chia Seeds, Chopped Nuts, etc

Method

  1. Layer the porridge, yogurt & fruit in a jar/bowl.
  2. Cover and put in the fridge overnight so that the porridge absorbs all of the yogurt
  3. In the morning, stir all the layers together and top with fresh fruit and anything else you might like to add!
