Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Rolled oats (gluten free if on gluten free diet)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • 10 Almonds, 5 Hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp. honey/ Agave
  • 200mls water /milk / Coconut milk

Method

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowel.
  2. Transfer to a parchment lined tray and roast in an oven @140 C for 40-45 mins. Stir occasionally. 4. Allow to cool.
  3. Make in bulk and store in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
  4. Serve with milk or 2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt/ Coconut yoghurt.
