- 1/2 cups Rolled oats (gluten free if on gluten free diet)
- 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 10 Almonds, 5 Hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp. honey/ Agave
- 200mls water /milk / Coconut milk
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowel.
- Transfer to a parchment lined tray and roast in an oven @140 C for 40-45 mins. Stir occasionally. 4. Allow to cool.
- Make in bulk and store in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
- Serve with milk or 2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt/ Coconut yoghurt.
