Ingredients
1 cup porridge (gluten free oats if on gluten free diet)
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 tbsp. chia
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp. flaxseeds
Made with water and topped up with cow’s milk, coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk.
Method
Cook porridge in a pot with water/milk.
Once cooked add berries/seeds/cinnamon after.
