- 1 cup porridge (gluten free oats if on gluten free diet)

- 1 tbsp. chia
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. flaxseeds
- Made with water and topped up with cow’s milk, coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk.
- Cook porridge in a pot with water/milk.
