- 4 slices of rye bread/spelt
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lemon
- A pinch of chilli flakes
- 2 tomatoes
- A drizzle of olive oil
1.Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove its stone, then scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
2.Squeeze in the lemon juice then mash with a fork to your desired texture. Season to taste with sea salt, black pepper and chilli flakes.
3.Toast your bread, drizzle over the oil then pile the avocado and tomatoes on top.
