The fabulous Parknasilla Resort & Spa overlooks the impressive Atlantic coast on 500 acres of tropical paradise along the Wild Atlantic Way and the Ring of Kerry. The landscape boasts a beautiful setting to enjoy many outdoor activities taking in some of the best sights such as Gleninchaquin National Park and Derrynane Beach. Activities include hiking the Old Kerry Way, day trips to Gleninchaquin National Park, Derrynane beach as well as all our favourite classes including circuits, boxercise, metafit, aqua fit, kettle bells and orienteering.

Most frequent questions and answers
You can pay in full by credit or debit card now to secure your preferred camp date or you can pay over 2 or 3 equal payment instalments.
Refunds available up to 21 days prior to camp starts. Deposits are non-refundable.
All payments are managed through the Stripe Payment Gateway, providing peace of mind for your online payment transactions.
Our camps run from January 2021 to October 2021.
Shared occupancy is sharing a twin room with another person. Since Covid19, we ask that you choose to share a room with a member of your family or a friend. Until new guidelines have been announced we can no longer pair people together who do not know each other.
Single occupancy is a double room.
The accommodation for the retreats are in luxury hotel rooms, not lodges on the grounds of the hotel as we had been using previously. This is to ensure we can practice safe social distancing.
Most people do come to our fitness retreats on their own with an open mind and happy to make new friends!
We like to keep our groups small in order to guarantee the focus and attention each client deserves. Also to ensure we can adhere to safe social distancing guidelines.
On a typical 5 day course, maximum numbers are 20 approx. On a typical 2/3 day course, maximum numbers are 25 approx.
Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and everyone pushes themselves as much as they possibly can.
There is no competition between clients and everyone is there to improve their current level, be it weightloss, maintenance, strength and conditioning, toning or all of the above.
In all of our camps we have people of all ages, sizes and abilities – from 16yrs – 65yrs young!

For most people, yes. But the focus is on whatever the individual client wants. Some people are focused on losing weight and need a kickstart back to a healthy lifestyle, some people are focused on maintaining their current weight and just want a healthy few days away.

Clients can either pay in full online or you can spread your payments out over 2, 3 , 4, 5 or 6 weeks.

Arrival and departure times differ depending on the 5-day long retreat or weekend retreat.
For our 5 day retreats, Check in is Sunday from 3pm, check out Friday c. 12pm
For our 2 day retreats, Check in is from 9.30am on Saturday and departure is Sunday c. 4.30pm.
We endeavour to make clients’ journey as comfortable as possible. If a client is not in a position to drive, we try to make car pooling an option.
How does that work? The week of camp, all clients are asked their ETAs, where they are travelling from and whether or not they are in a position to car pool and carry another person. In most cases this works very well.
We do not handle transfers from airport/train/bus stations.
