Retreat Terms and Conditions

1. RETREATS IN IRELAND: Refunds available up to 21 days prior to camp starts. Deposits are non-refundable.
2. RETREATS ABROAD: Refunds available up to 30 days prior to camp starts. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. If you are suffering with any medical conditions before booking a retreat please consult your doctor. You be asked to obtain and supply proof of a medical certificate before booking.
4. All website images are for illustration purposes only.  For operational reasons, accommodation and team members may change without prior notice.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Gift voucher may need to be verified when booking or thereafter.
3. Gift voucher is valid for 5 years from date of purchase/issue.
4. Gift voucher must be redeemed on our website, as full or part payment of products from our website.  A Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Certificate.

Discount Policy

How do discounts work for retreats?
Discounts are applied at the time of booking.

If you pay the full amount upfront, the full discount is applied to your total booking price.

If you choose to pay a deposit, any discount will be applied only to the deposit, and the remaining balance will be due on the scheduled date at the full rate, with no additional discount.

This applies to all retreats and all promotional discounts.
