In this workshop Kathryn and Aislinn look at the many different reasons we overeat and what day to day habits we can change to help break the cycle. Our bodies are clever complex systems that break down food in the most ingenious of ways and the more we understand how our digestive system functions, the more we should appreciate the importance of what we put in in the first place.
